D and C Signature Rock Sliders Our Signature Rock Sliders are the ultimate in rocker protection for your IH Scout. D and C Extreme’s Signature Rock Sliders have the best lines, the cleanest look, and are the most rugged sliders available for the IH Scout. Our Signature Rock Sliders follow the same design cues as our front and rear bumpers for a match in looks and performance. Like all D and C Extreme products, we use 3/16″ thick box tube, hand cut to exact measurements, then fully welded and gusseted with plate steel with specially cut angles built for skidding off rocks and boulders. These are high clearance rock sliders. They come stock 2″ tall and taper to 3/8″ thick on the front, rear and outer edges. The mounts are 2″ tube and are plenty beefy to hold up to whatever you can throw at them. These Rock Sliders are not just for looks, when properly installed we lift the entire scout by the Sliders on our lift. When you order, you are ordering a set of two rock sliders. We can also build them for custom applications just give us a call. Fit and Finish: The finish work of all our rock sliders is as clean as ever. All our rock sliders are seam welded, hand sanded, and ready for powder coat or paint. Installation: These are a weld on product that require installation by an experienced welder. A Word about Welding: This product requires installation by an experienced welder, using high-quality welding equipment and supplies. If you are not a qualified welder you should hire a professional/certified welder from your area. Welding this product should only be done with a minimum 220v/175a MIG Welder and .035 wire.
