Scout Frame Sleeves / Scout II / 80/800

Scout frame sleeves are here! As you probably know, the Scouts have good frames, but not great frames. If you have ever put a Scout on a lift and can’t open the doors, you understand. The amount of flex these frames have, cause great issues with door alignment. These Scout frame sleeves are what we use for our four link kits, as they give us an excellent foundation for mounting suspension mounts. We have also been using these on leaf spring rigs just to stiffen up the middle portion of the frame. This cuts down on the door alignment issues on these trucks. After the frame is cleaned up, simply slide over the frame in between the middle body mounts and weld in place. These also give you an excellent place to mount rock sliders to.
