Scout II Traveler Sport Bar DNC 232 Want some extra protection for your Scout II Traveler?  Or maybe just a place for that upper point on your 3-point seat belt? D and C Extreme’s Scout II Traveler Sport Bar kit is the answer! The Scout II Traveler Sport Bar fits under the stock hard top, as well as aftermarket soft tops.  Additionally, it allows for the addition of a 3-point seat belt, with use of our optional seat belt bung. Note: This Sport Bar will support the upper point on a 3-point seat belt for the front seats. This will not work properly for the rear seat. The Scout II Traveler Sport Bar is made of 2″ Hot Rolled Electric Welded (HREW) tube. If you don’t want anything but the best in materials, then you can upgrade to certified Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) tube! We purchase all of our tube in 20’ lengths, cut each piece to precise measurements, bend the cage, and pre-notch all the vital joints! Basic Scout II Traveler Sport Bar Kit includes: Main Hoop (behind seats) Rear Kicker x2 Floor Plate x4 Note: Hoops are shipped in two pieces, with internal sleeve for re-assembly. This saves about $150.00 in shipping cost. We can still ship it to you in one piece if you would like, but we must add the additional shipping cost. This product requires installation by a competent and certified welder, using high-quality welding equipment and supplies. If you are not a qualified welder you should hire a professional/certified welder from your area. Welding this product should only be done with a minimum 220v/175a MIG Welder and .035 wire. Minor trimming may be needed for exact fitment to customer vehicles. D and C Extreme has made every effort to make cage kits strong and easy to install.  We cannot control the installation process of our cages and therefore, D and C Extreme will not guarantee the performance of any cage kit.
