Universal Ford Style Shock Tower The universal Ford Style shock tower can be used on almost any build and is easily used to fit longer shocks on your project. We have used these on all kinds of projects and have cut them up into countless configurations. If you are trying to get longer shocks under it without breaking the bank, then these might be just what the doctor ordered.  They will work on virtually any build.  Out of the hundreds of these mounts that we have used over the years, we have never bolted these to the frame. We have always welded them on for ease of installation and the fact that most of the time we have cut the mounting holes off. Helpful hint! The bolt holes in these mounts are 12 MM for mounting the shock. Most aftermarket shocks use a 1/2″ mounting bolt so drill the shock mounting holes to 1/2″ before you mount them. 1 pair of 2 shock towers
