Its time to throw out those leaf springs and convert to a front and back LINK suspension. Understanding the complexities of switching from leafs to a 4 link conversion kit is tricky business. D and C Extreme recognized that there were many Scout owners that wanted to tackle this project but the problem was expertise and time. Therefore, D and C Extreme committed it’s resources to developing a true 4 Link Conversion Kit for the Scout 80/800. We designed it, we installed it, we tested it, then we tested it again, and we continue to improve it. The end result for you is a product that you can order and install in less time that most of your other larger projects. Our Scout 80/800 4 Link Conversion Kit can be ordered as the basic kit without coil overs/shocks or can be upgraded with a shock and coil over package which includes Radflo coil overs and dual rate springs for the front and Rancho RS9000 XL’s and coil springs for the rear. The optional Radflo coil overs are available in 10″ or 12″ lengths. The 10″ coil overs will provide approximately 4″ – 5″ of lift while the 12″ coil overs will provide 5″ – 10″ of lift. Note: We recommend the use of Scout II or larger axles when installing this kit in the Scout 80/800.
