These filters do work and make a big difference, especially if you’re the type to save leftovers or eat exotic foods. We went a few days without it and already noticed more food smell upon opening the door. And if you must have more proof, remove your old filter, smell it, it will smell awful (rotten food), which is pretty much proof that these filters actually work.P.S. Remember to remove the tape from the filter. You don’t want to block the air from circulating.
