Breville Ribbed Plate for Breville Smart Grill (BGR820XL)

Awesome grill. I have cooked bacon, veggies, hamburgers, eggs, and pancakes with no problems! It really will sear, grill marks on veggies and meat. I purchased another set of plates, the flat and grill plate! The grease does go in the tray like it is designed to do. I like to keep the bacon greese. I know right! But it is bacon grease! You do need to wipe the grill off after use and I do wash plates by hand. It is no big deal though! I have used it several times and have never had an issue with anything sticking! I had a George Forman before and the non stick surface started coming off after years of use. I did not like what I was hearing about that product, so I tried this grill! I like it! Oops, just noticed I put this review on the plate I purchased! Sorry, don’t want to rewrite it so, this is for the Breville Smart Grill, this is one of the plates I purchased for it!?
