EGO Power Z6 ZT4204L 42 in. Electric 56 V Battery Zero Turn Riding Mower Kit (Battery & Charger)

I was very hesitant to get a mower that was not gas powered, but with the CA ban on gas powered lawn equipment and our lawn tractor getting up there in years it was time to get a new mower. After literally a year of researching we settled on giving the EGO zero turn a try. To say I am impressed is an understatement – this thing is GREAT! The first test was our horse pasture, there are parts of it that grow pretty thick and tall, sometimes it’s a little wet, the EGO handled it – wet grass did get stuck n the shoot a couple of times and bogged down when it clumped up, but that is to be expected – with the included batteries it mowed the entire pasture with 18% left to spare. Next day I mowed our lawn – it is approximately 1 acre, and it handled that with ease – 25% left on the batteries. We ended up purchasing 2 additional batteries to fill all the battery slots and with that set up I was able to mow our acre on the highest levels with around 10% left. I HIGHLY recommend this mower – I figured this would just be something to get us by until we can get our hands on another gas mower, but this is now my go to mower. All my other lawn equipment pieces are in danger of being swapped out for EGO products! In my opinion this mower is worth every penny!
