Intex Deluxe Skimmer for Above Ground Easy Set Swimming Pool

I was hoping for just a little removal of surface bugs and trash. I first hooked it up to my round pool with the inflatable ring at the top. it fit perfectly. i turned on the pump and it did next to nothing. I own a larger pump from last summer. I changed the pump and it was fantastic! The pool has been incredibly clean ever since… even bottom particles removed. I had purchased a hand vacuum and haven’t really needed it since. Be sure you have an adequate pump in order for this to work properly. Many of the ones sold in the pool kit are not strong enough.
