Initially, I didn’t realize it functioned as a vacuum and a blower since the product emphasizes the vacuum feature more.Vacuum PerformanceI tested the vacuum on a rug I placed by my dog’s water bowl to keep my socks from getting wet. The rug is machine washable, but I worry it won’t hold up with frequent washing. Since it was so matted down, I switched to the smaller brush attachment to loosen the fibers and then back to the pet hair brush. That method worked much better, and after vacuuming, the rug felt noticeably softer under my feet.I was nearly finished when the vacuum suddenly stopped—it had run out of battery and needed charging. With a 30-minute runtime, this vacuum is effective for deep cleaning but must remain within that timeframe.I ordered this mini vac to clean a shelf liner I placed under my toilet. The low setting should work perfectly for that, and since it’s cordless, I can easily reach the back area without any hassle.After sweeping, there are always some dirt particles that are hard to get into the dustpan. The vacuum helps pick up those leftover bits, making my kitchen floor look spotless.Blower PerformanceTo test the blower function, I used it on the leaves on my porch.
